As AD, I lead the redesign of CREDO Mobiles NTF (new to file) emails to better represent their brand and to allow for a more visually interesting first touch point. We also reorganized their CTA placements to ensure it was following best practices. We also really focused on a mobile-first approach to ensure these emails look as good as they can on mobile devices since we are ultimately selling phones at the end of the day.
